01 · ASK ONCE

Something broken?
Tell us once. We take it from there.

Pick the desk. Describe what happened. Attach a screenshot if you have one. Everything after that is our job.

DESK
Give us one line so we know what we are looking at.
Pick the closest one. If nothing fits, choose the last option.
Not sure? Pick the closest. We will move it if it is wrong.
Tell us which company you work for.
Only if this is about one project.
Helps us see which teams are being held up.
A sentence or two. The more you give us, the fewer times we come back to ask.
We could not find that person. Check the address.
Leave blank if it is for you. If you fill it in, you both get the emails.

A screenshot of the error solves it faster than any description.
Maximum 50 MB per file. For larger files, paste a OneDrive link in the description.
That file is over 50 MB. Paste a OneDrive link in the description instead.
Takes about a minute. You get an acknowledgement with your reference within seconds.

    02 · WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

    Four steps. No chasing.

You are never left wondering where it went. Two emails arrive on their own — one when we have it, one when it is done.

    01
    You send it
Desk, category, one line, and what actually happened.
    02
    You get a reference
An acknowledgement lands in your inbox within seconds, from Race Control.
    03
    A person picks it up
Assigned to someone on the right desk and given a priority.
    04
One email when it is done
You get told what was actually done — once.

Replying to those emails will not update your ticket — they are automatic. If something is still wrong, raise a new request and quote your reference.

    03 · YOUR REQUESTS

Everything you have asked for, in one place.

Yours only. Nobody else can see them, and you cannot see anybody else's.

    04 · HELP

    The questions people actually ask.

No. You are already signed in with your Strive Microsoft account — that is how this page knows who you are. There is no separate login and there never will be. If a page ever asks you to type your Microsoft password into something that is not a Microsoft screen, do not, and report it to IT.

Fill in their email in "Raising this for someone else". The request stays in your name, but both of you get the acknowledgement and the outcome, so neither of you is waiting on the other to pass a message along.

Yes, and please do. A screenshot of the actual error is worth more than three paragraphs describing it, and it usually removes one round of questions. Drop files straight onto the box or click to browse.

Not a problem — we move it. Do not raise a second request for the same thing, it just makes two tickets to close.

It is generated the moment your request is saved, in the form SH- followed by a number. Quote it in any conversation about the request and whoever picks it up can find it instantly.

Yes — raise it here first so it exists and is tracked, then call. A phone call with no ticket behind it gets forgotten the moment the person you called gets pulled into something else.
